Pink Amethyst – Unique Natural Stones in Soft Rose Tones
Discover our exclusive selection of hand-picked Pink Amethyst. This fascinating natural stone is a relative newcomer to the mineral market and has quickly become one of the most sought-after gemstones for modern interior decoration and sophisticated collections due to its exceptional aesthetics. From delicate powder pink to soft peach hues to strong old rose – the color palette of Pink Amethyst is as diverse as nature itself.
Geological Special Feature: What makes Pink Amethyst so special?
Unlike classic purple amethyst, Pink Amethyst owes its characteristic pink color to microscopic hematite inclusions in the quartz lattice. One of the most famous localities for this extraordinary mineral is Patagonia in Argentina. A special characteristic of Pink Amethyst is its structure: it often crystallizes in the form of geodes and features small cavities lined with tiny quartz crystals (so-called druse). These ensure that the stone sparkles and glitters beautifully in the light, which clearly distinguishes it from massively growing rose quartz.
