Shipping

We ship your order reliably and carefully packaged so that your amethyst arrives safely.

Processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping service provider and may vary.

Shipping costs are transparently displayed in the checkout before you complete the order.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, if available.

No delivery or shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping methods by region and weight

We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS.

In Germany and Europe, we ship with DHL up to 25 kg.

For shipments over 25 kg, shipping in Germany and Europe is via FedEx or UPS.

Very heavy or bulky items are shipped by freight forwarder. In this case, we will coordinate the delivery with you in advance.

Returns and Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can return your order within the statutory right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Please return items unused, complete, and well-packaged, if possible, so that they arrive safely.

The costs of the return are generally borne by the buyer, as far as legally permissible and not otherwise agreed.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If your delivery arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will quickly find a solution.
