This exceptional Rainbow Pyrite from Indonesia fascinates with its striking crystal forms and its intense, metallic shimmering play of colours. Depending on the light incidence, strong nuances of pink, violet, gold, orange, green and other rainbow colours appear on the crystal surfaces. Due to the reflective surfaces, the effect of the piece changes again and again as soon as you look at it from a different angle.

The distinctly formed pyrite crystals, together with the natural matrix, form a varied and three-dimensional mineral specimen. It is precisely the contrast between the darker areas, lighter accompanying minerals and the colour-intensive metallic crystals that makes this specimen a special eye-catcher.

These iridescent pyrite specimens come from Kalimantan on the island of Borneo in Indonesia. The Beruang-Tengah prospect in the Beruang-Kanan ore field in the Gunung Mas region, Central Kalimantan, is given as the locality. The area is originally characterised by gold mining and has recently produced exceptional pyrite specimens, which are characterised by their strong natural iridescence and sometimes present quartz crystals.

The special combination of geometric crystal structure, metallic lustre and intense colour change makes Rainbow Pyrite from this locality particularly interesting for mineral collectors. This specimen is also excellently suited as a decorative showpiece in a display case, on a mineral stand or as an unusual gift.

No delivery or shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS.

In Germany and Europe, we ship with DHL up to 25 kg.

For shipments over 25 kg, shipping in Germany and Europe is via FedEx or UPS.

Very heavy or bulky items are shipped by freight forwarder. In this case, we will coordinate the delivery with you in advance.

Returns and Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can return your order within the statutory right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Please return items unused, complete, and well-packaged, if possible, so that they arrive safely.

The costs of the return are generally borne by the buyer, as far as legally permissible and not otherwise agreed.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
