Product Description
Lapis lazuli is one of the world's most famous and fascinating gemstones and collector's items. It is characterized by its intense color, which can range from strong royal blue to deep dark blue. It is precisely these exceptional blue tones that have made lapis lazuli a particularly valued natural stone for centuries.
Typical for many pieces are fine, metallic gold-colored pyrite inclusions that can be distributed like small stars or speckles across the rock. They create a beautiful contrast to the deep blue and give each stone an individual and unmistakable appearance.
Polishing particularly highlights the natural color intensity. At the same time, the original structures, veins, inclusions, and color gradients of the natural stone remain visible. It is precisely these differences that make each piece unique – no two lapis lazuli are exactly alike.
Lapis lazuli is ideal as a decorative display piece, for mineral collections, or simply as a special natural stone for lovers of intense colors and unusual minerals. The combination of deep blue and the gold-colored pyrite particles ensures an elegant yet very natural appearance.
Since it is a genuine natural product, the shape, color tone, markings, and pyrite content can vary from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of the special character of lapis lazuli.
