This exceptional cavansite crystal specimen from India captivates with its intensely luminous, deep blue cavansite, which stands out impressively against the light natural matrix.

At the center of the specimen is a striking, compact cavansite crystal formation with the characteristic strong blue to turquoise coloring for this rare mineral. The fine crystals are arranged radially, forming an almost spherical formation, giving the piece a particularly attractive and three-dimensional appearance.

Cavansite is one of the more sought-after blue collector's minerals and is primarily known for its exceptional color intensity. Particularly well-known occurrences are found in Maharashtra, India, where cavansite often occurs together with light zeolite minerals.

In this specimen, the light, finely crystallized matrix creates a beautiful natural contrast to the intense blue of the cavansite. It is precisely this combination that makes the piece particularly interesting for mineral collectors as well as an exceptional display item.

Weighing 489 g and with a width of approx. 10 cm, the specimen has a beautiful presence and can be excellently displayed in a display case or mineral collection.

Due to its natural crystal formation, it is a unique one-of-a-kind piece.
