Product Description
Product Description
Labradorite is one of the most fascinating minerals in the world. Its special characteristic is the so-called labradorescence, an optical phenomenon in which light is refracted by the finest structures within the stone. This creates intense colors that change with every movement, giving the impression that the stone is glowing from within.
This unique piece captivates with its large, vibrant blue labradorescence, accompanied by subtle turquoise nuances. The dark body provides a strong contrast, making the play of colors appear particularly intense. Depending on the viewing angle and incidence of light, the labradorite constantly reveals new facets, ensuring that no two views are ever the same.
The natural structure of the mineral, with its fine lines, inclusions, and growth patterns, makes each specimen unique. These very features tell the story of the stone's formation and emphasize its natural origin. They are not flaws, but individual characteristics that make every labradorite a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
With its harmonious cut and high-quality high-gloss polish, this freeform is perfectly suited as a decorative collector's item for living spaces, offices, or display cases. Placed on the included acrylic stand, the intense play of colors is particularly showcased and can be rediscovered again and again depending on the light.
