This amethyst geode jewelry box is made from a genuine amethyst geode, whose natural cavity has been opened and preserved as a visible crystal center. On the outside, the stone shows the grown agate structures with their mineral bands and polished surfaces, while inside, a dense amethyst druse with deep violet crystals unfolds.

The two geode halves are arranged so that the stone's original cavity remains visible. This creates the characteristic shape of a jewelry box – not as a mechanical container, but as a mineral object that offers a view into the geode's interior. The box therefore cannot be opened or closed, but remains permanently in this position.

It is precisely this fixed presentation that makes these pieces so appealing: one sees the moment in which nature created a crystal space that normally remains hidden inside the rock.

The crystals inside have grown over millions of years. In volcanic rocks, cavities form where mineral-rich solutions are deposited. From these solutions, quartz crystallizes, its violet coloration resulting from trace elements like iron. The crystals grow from the inner walls of the cavity towards the center, forming the typical druse structure.

The geodes come from Uruguay – a region known worldwide for its particularly intensely colored and well-formed amethyst crystals. Many of the highest quality amethysts in the international mineral trade come from these deposits.

The metal stand holds the geode halves in a stable position and slightly elevates the object, ensuring that the internal crystal structure remains fully visible. This makes the geode almost resemble a small mineral landscape.

Such geode jewelry boxes are rare in the mineral trade because each geode has a different shape, and only a few pieces are suitable for this type of processing. Form, crystal size, color intensity, and structure therefore differ in each specimen.

Each of these boxes is thus a piece of geological history – grown over millions of years and existing in this form only once.

Processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping service provider and may vary.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, if available.

No delivery or shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping methods by region and weight

We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS.

In Germany and Europe, we ship with DHL up to 25 kg.

For shipments over 25 kg, shipping in Germany and Europe is via FedEx or UPS.

Very heavy or bulky items are shipped by freight forwarder. In this case, we will coordinate the delivery with you in advance.

Returns and Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can return your order within the statutory right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Please return items unused, complete, and well-packaged, if possible, so that they arrive safely.

The costs of the return are generally borne by the buyer, as far as legally permissible and not otherwise agreed.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect delivery
